This Software License Agreement (the "Agreement") is made between the

Intellectual Property: The team acknowledges that the Software and all related

intellectual property are the exclusive property of the Developer and are

protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The team does not acquire

any ownership rights in the Software or its intellectual property.

No Warranty: The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind,

whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties

of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The

Developer does not warrant that the Software is free from errors or defects.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Developer be liable for any direct,

indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or

inability to use the Software, even if the Developer has been advised of the

possibility of such damages.

Termination: The Developer may terminate this license at any time if the team

violates any of the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, the team must

immediately cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the

Software in its possession.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in

accordance with the laws of the country [Country] without giving effect to any

principles of conflicts of law.

Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be
